Terms and conditions

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Semperklin online store and the purchases you make in it. This is a translation of the Spanish version (Términos y condiciones), which prevails in case of discrepancy. By placing an order, you accept these terms, the Privacy notice and the Shipping and delivery and Exchanges and returns policies.

In short. Peso prices include Mexican VAT. We ship your order once we confirm payment. We issue a CFDI invoice on request. Apply products according to their technical data sheet. If something goes wrong, write to info@semperklin.com or on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.

1. Who we are

The store is operated by Semperklin México (“Semperklin”), a manufacturer of sealers, waterproofing and cleaners located at Dr. José Eleuterio González (Gonzalitos) 250, 2nd floor, suite 106, col. San Jerónimo, 64634 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.

2. Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as possible: surfaces, finish, use, coverage and sizes. Please note:

  • Photos are illustrative. Packaging or labels may change while the product stays the same.
  • The finish depends on the surface. A sealer’s final look varies with the type of stone or material, its porosity and its condition. Always test on a small area first.
  • Coverage figures are approximate. The coverage per square meter and each product’s calculator are estimates. Actual use depends on porosity, surface condition and application method.
  • The years of protection we state (for example, “up to 25 years”) are the estimated lifespan when applied correctly according to the technical data sheet and under normal conditions of use.

3. Prices

  • Prices in Mexican pesos (MXN) include VAT.
  • For shipments outside Mexico, prices are shown in the destination country’s currency (for example, USD or CAD) without Mexican VAT, as an export sale. You pay in the currency of the shipping country.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the country and order amount, and shown before you confirm.
  • We may change prices and promotions at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
  • If a price is obviously wrong (for example, a missing zero), we will contact you before shipping so you can choose to keep the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

Professional pricing. Approved professional partners (builders, architects and applicators) may receive volume pricing. These prices are personal, apply to their account and may be reviewed or withdrawn by Semperklin.

4. How to place an order

  1. Add products to the cart and choose the size and quantity.
  2. At Checkout, enter your details and shipping address and choose a payment method.
  3. When you click Place order, you receive the order number, amount and payment instructions on screen and by email.
  4. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm your payment.

Please check your details before confirming: we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or phone number.

Availability. If a product sells out or is discontinued after you order, we will let you know so you can choose another product, wait for it to return or get a refund for that part.

Orders by WhatsApp. You can also order by WhatsApp or email. We will send you the order details and the same terms apply.

5. Payments

The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout. We currently accept bank deposit or transfer (SPEI). Card, OXXO or PayPal payments, when available, are processed directly by the payment provider, and Semperklin does not receive your full card details.

  • Deposit or transfer. Use the reference we give you so we can identify your payment. We ship as soon as we confirm it.
  • Deadline. If we do not receive payment within 5 business days, we may cancel the order. If you want it afterwards, prices and availability may have changed.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship by courier to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times, costs, free shipping and delivery conditions are in Shipping and delivery. In addition:

  • 200 L containers ship by freight, quoted separately.
  • When you receive the package, check it for damage or leaks. If there is any, note it on the courier’s delivery receipt, take photos and let us know as soon as possible.
  • For shipments outside Mexico, import taxes, duties and customs charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

7. Invoicing

We issue Mexican electronic invoices (CFDI). Request yours by replying to your order confirmation email or writing to info@semperklin.com with your order number, RFC, name or company name, tax regime, tax ZIP code and CFDI use. Request it within the month of purchase; after that, the sale is included in the global invoice and it may not be possible to issue it in your name.

8. Exchanges, returns and warranty

Exchanges, returns and claims for damaged or defective products are governed by the Exchanges and returns policy, without prejudice to your rights under Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law.

9. Product use and liability

Our products are intended for construction, maintenance and cleaning of surfaces. To get the expected results:

  • Read the technical data sheet and safety data sheet before applying, and follow their instructions on surface preparation, application, drying time and number of coats.
  • Always test on a small, inconspicuous area.
  • Use the indicated protective equipment and keep products out of reach of children and pets.
  • Store containers closed, in a cool, shaded place, protected from frost.

Semperklin warrants that its products perform as stated in their technical data sheet. We are not liable for results or damage arising from application that does not follow the technical data sheet, poor surface preparation, unsuitable weather during application, improper storage, mixing with other products or use other than intended. Semperklin does not provide application labor unless agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, Semperklin’s liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected products.

10. Intellectual property

The Semperklin and Impershield brands and product names, logos, texts, photos, technical data sheets and the design of this store belong to Semperklin or their owners and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without written permission. You are welcome to share links to the store.

11. Use of the store

You agree to use the store lawfully, to provide truthful information and not to attempt to damage, overload or gain unauthorized access to its systems. We may reject or cancel orders that show signs of fraud or contain false information.

12. Support and complaints

If you have a question, complaint or claim, write to info@semperklin.com or on WhatsApp at +52 81 1769 0032 with your order number. We will reply as soon as possible, on business days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with its date. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, and without prejudice to PROFECO’s authority, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León. The Spanish version of these terms prevails over any translation.
